Due to the handmade nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label so I can help resolve the issue.

Each piece is hand-painted and one of a kind. Small variations are part of the artistic process and make every piece unique—they are not considered defects.
